Since opening in May 2006, the “Nutty Cran” has hands down become the most popular wrap on our menu. Like all of our menu items, it was created with both nutrition and taste in mind and contains a full balance of daily nutrition to fuel you through your day. Named after our very own Lucy who invented this menu item, Lucy’s Blu was soon to become a customer favorite. A light, refreshing and delicious wrap or salad Lucy’s Blu combines essential elements of our daily diet to give you an energy rich meal that will fill you up without weighing you down. Lucy’s Blu is high in Fiber, Omega 3 & 6 Fatty Acids, Calcium and Vitamin C and is made with Pistachios and goat cheese for protein, spinach for iron and blueberries for antioxidants.
